• Has the building been weatherproofed?  Simple things like adding double glazing will reduce the amount of heating/air conditioning used
• Remind your co-workers to recycle and turn off their computers and the lights when they leave for the night
• If printers, faxes and photocopiers are not required over the weekend, switch them off on Friday
• Buy electricity efficient equipment.  These will power down when not used for a certain amount of time
